Discord compliance.
Servers and bots using my services must follow Discord's Terms of Service
and Community Guidelines.
No abuse.
Features may not be used for harassment, spam, raids, malicious automation,
or other abusive behavior.
Fair use.
Intentionally stressing, exploiting, attacking, or attempting to break
hosted services may result in suspension or termination.
Right to refuse service.
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service when these terms are
violated or when continued service becomes unreasonable.
Monthly Bot Service
Price.
Standard bot service is $12 USD per month.
Hosting included.
The monthly service includes managed hosting, uptime monitoring, restarts,
maintenance, bug fixes, and compatibility updates when needed.
Normal features included.
Reasonable additions and changes to the existing bot are generally included
in the monthly service. This can include moderation tools, ticket systems,
leveling, reaction roles, slash commands, automation, utility features,
and similar systems.
Reusable systems.
Many standard features use code and systems I have already developed.
I do not charge separately for every reused or routine feature simply
because it is added to another bot.
Large custom work.
Separate charges may apply to custom events, games, or substantial
one-off features that require significant new development work.
Any additional price will be discussed before that work begins.
Payment & Service
Monthly billing.
The $12 payment covers one month of continued bot hosting and service.
Non-payment.
If payment is not continued, hosting and ongoing service may be stopped.
Your server is not permanently locked into the service.
Extra work requires agreement.
I will not begin separately charged custom work without discussing the
scope and price first.
Availability.
I will make reasonable efforts to keep hosted bots operational, but
uninterrupted 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance,
Discord outages, hosting issues, or other circumstances outside my control.
Code & Ownership
Hosted bots.
Paying for monthly hosting and development does not automatically transfer
ownership of my reusable source code, libraries, systems, or development tools.
Your content stays yours.
Server-specific text, artwork, branding, configuration, and other material
supplied by you remain yours.
Full buyouts.
A separately agreed full buyout transfers the applicable bot source code
to you. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, and support are not included
after a buyout unless separately agreed.

Price Sheet
Bot Service
Your monthly service includes 24/7 managed hosting, monitoring,
automatic restarts, maintenance, bug fixes, Discord compatibility
updates, and reasonable changes or additions to the bot.
Included in the Monthly Service
This can include moderation and automod tools, ticket systems,
leveling, slash commands, reaction roles, automatic roles,
logging, utilities, server automation, quality-of-life features,
and other reasonable additions.
Many of these systems are based on code I have already developed,
so I do not charge separately every time an existing feature is
adapted for another bot.
Additional Custom Work
Extra charges are generally reserved for custom events, games,
interactive systems, or unusual fun features that require a
significant amount of new development.
Simple changes and normal bot features are part of the monthly
service. If something is large enough to require an extra charge,
I will discuss the scope and price with you before starting it.
Artwork and other custom visual assets must normally be supplied
unless agreed otherwise.
If you are unsure whether something is included, just ask.
I will always tell you before beginning work that would cost extra.
Permanent Bot Buyout
A full buyout transfers ownership of the applicable bot source code
to you. Buyout pricing depends on the size and complexity of the bot.
Hosting, future updates, maintenance, and ongoing support are not
included after a buyout unless separately agreed.
